Description
The Falklands War in April 1982, was when British Sea Harriers proved their worth in battle.
However modern technology like the Exoset missels also sank the type 42, HMS Sheffield destroyer.
In creating this original oil painting I wanted to show the two elements that brought the war to a favourable conclusion for England. I asked for and received reference materials from the British Air Force and Navy as this was before the internet made researching anything easy
