Chianti Feeling 30 x 30 metal print by Michael Swanson. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

This Chianti hills landscape is typical of the Mediterranean side of Italy, also known as Tuscany it is famous for its wine, rolling hills and bicycling the back country roads. I spent a few weeks there painting various scenes and decided to create a painting that encompases the ambience of this landscape in a general way. The hill top wine estates and villages, the rolling hills of vineyards and olive trees all figure in this piece to help create the Italian Tuscan feeling.
