The Tuscany area of Italy around Montepulciano is the heart of Tuscan landscape and dotted with olive trees amongst the hills and golden wheat fields. It's 3 million some inhabitans make up about five percent of the Italian population, Home to six world heritage sites it boasts some of the world's most treasured historical cities. Florence its capital is unquestionably one of them, the wealth of Medici dynasty insured that artists like Michaelangelo and Leonardo De Vinci could rise to the cultural forefront, leaving the world art that to this day can only be called amazing.
This painting is typical of what the central area of Tuscany looks like.
