A windy day on the hills ofTuscany. Here I was experimenting with colour and movement, it was a pretty windy day as I drove around the landscape of Tuscany.
In order to capture this feeling I decided to stylize the fast moving clouds, along with the swirls, I added a bit of colour and blended it with the far hills along the horizon.
The typical Italian Cedars where swaying in the wind, so I added that feature close to the focal point by shaping the row of grape vines to lead the eye into the painting. The rest of the image was purposely done in a loose style to help accentuate the overall unkempt feeling that a windy day creates.
